PARA BOWLING – PAN AMERICAN REGIONAL QUALIFER ANNOUNCED
USA OPEN – WHEELCHAIR BOWLING TOURNAMENT

The American Wheelchair Bowling Association (AWBA) has announced they will be hosting the Pan American Regional Qualifier for Para Bowling, October 18th – 22nd 2022 at Bowlero Lanes in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This event will serve as the first ever Para Bowling, Pan American Regional Zone Qualifier. This event will cojoin the AWBA’s 61st National Tournament.

As an “open tournament”, any qualified wheelchair bowler throughout the United States and the world is invited and encouraged to compete. All international bowler’s “scratch” scores will used for ranking purposes per the International Bowling Federation System of W1 Para, W2 Quad, and W3 Dynamic Ramp. All international bowlers will compete in the scratch division. All AWBA members will continue to be eligible for tournament winnings based the AWBA Standing Divisions of A, B, and Scratch. The tournament will include singles, doubles, and a team event.
